    As Chief Financial Officer at AGC Networks Limited, Angshu is responsible for further enhancement of AGC’s corporate governance and financial controls. His focus will be on financial operations while leading the company’s engagement with customers, vendors, investor community and the market at large.

    Angshu has over two decades of extensive experience in Finance, Operations and Transformation driving initiatives and processes to bring excellence in financial performance and operational efficiencies.

    He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked with organizations like GE Lighting, Dactus International, GE Capital International Services, GE Healthcare, Trinity (A Willis Subsidiary), CFC India and Vodafone India to name a few. His last assignment was with Tata Consultancy Services and he was designated as Vice President & Delivery Leader.

    Angshu brings with him a global perspective and diverse business experience. His expertise lies in the fields of Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Expansion and Start-ups, Funding and Working Capital Management.

    David ClarkeVice President & Country Manager

    David Clarke is the Vice President and Country Manager for AGC New Zealand. In this role, David focuses on strengthening existing customer and vendor relationships and builds new practices and focus on increasing the customer base.

    David has over 25 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He has formally held leadership positions with Telstra, Vodafone, Spark (Telecom NZ), Alcatel-Lucent, and Orcon spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Regulatory, Channels and Product development. David is proud of the products and services he has spearheaded for these companies, as they helped develop new markets, grow the customer relationships and build great teams in sales, customer service, product management and engineering.

    David is active in regulatory and standards bodies and is a member of the Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand.

    Mahua MukherjeeChief People Officer

    Mahua Mukherjee has over 20 years of HR management experience, of which more than 10 years have been in a senior HR leadership role with a strategic, operational and country-wide focus. She is responsible for driving strategic HR planning and implementations, partnering with business leaders to align people strategy as per changing business needs, developing and executing specific programs to improve employee engagement levels.

    Mahua holds extensive experience in IT, Telecom and Service Industries. She has been associated with multinational and large organizations such as Capgemini and Reliance Infocomm, an organization with a global presence across Europe, North America, Middle-East and Asia Pacific regions, and an employee strength of over 60,000.

    In her last stint as Associate Director(HR) with Capgemini she led the India strategic business unit as Head of talent management and was responsible for evolving and implementing numerous talent management initiatives to create an engaged work force aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, she also headed the HR operations of the nordic and central Europe business unit.

    She has expertise in formulating HR strategy, competency and capability building practices and retention strategies and initiatives. She specializes in directing and leading the full spectrum of strategic and operational human resources activities and processes with a keen focus on business model pyramid, manpower planning, succession planning and performance management.

    Mahua holds an MBA in Personnel Management and HR.

    Sanjay AhujaVP- Sales (Middle East and Africa)

    Sanjay Ahuja heads AGC Networks across the Middle East and Africa region and is responsible for turnaround in operations and growth of AGC's footprint in this important market. Due to his diligence leadership, AGC has seen massive success in the region which has contributed to its growth in revenues and profitability. Sanjay’s visionary thinking and problem solving abilities combined with his passion for business and hands on approach has had a deep impact on the growth and development of AGC regionally.

    Sanjay's over 23 years of extensive IT career spans across multinational organizations like Avaya, Nortel, Aspect and Wipro in areas ranging from Sales, Channels, Operations, Product Management and Services. He has held several leadership roles in these organizations and won business across verticals like Government, Telecom, Finance, Healthcare and Hospitality.

    Sanjay’s leadership has consistently delivered business growth for AGC. He has an excellent track record of success in building and nurturing client relationships across geographies. His rich experience in Managed Services along with analytical skills has enabled him to manage complex business models. He is leading AGC to further increase market share, business activity & key partnerships across the MEA region.

    Prior to joining AGC Networks he worked as Director, Sales at Avaya. Sanjay has graduated in Engineering and Masters in Management from Mumbai University.

  • Animesh ShrivastavaVice President - India Operations

    Animesh is business savvy technology professional with an eventful career of over two decades in India and North America. His experience is studded with professional excellence, predominantly in the areas of program management, pre-sales, greenfield project management, client servicing, managing multi-national businesses, and communication management.

    He also has commendable experience in propelling sales, marketing, general administration and business leadership with primary focus on strategy formulation, P&L management, business acquisition, operations, budgeting, market research and team leadership. Animesh is known for rolling out innovative strategies to transform business units to globally competitive business ventures.

    At AGC, Animesh blends leadership skills with sound business practices to position the organization for stability and long-term profitability. He is also responsible for developing high-value revenue and profit plans and creating an ethical sales model using his vast knowledge of markets and capabilities.

    He is a prolific relationship builder, deft in steering PAN India Sales, and managing strategic alliances with global/local strategic partners.

    Dhruv SahneyAssociate VP – Sales & BD

    Dhruv Sahney currently heads the Philippines operations of AGC Networks. He brings with him rich experience of over 15 years in the technology industry across Sales, Alliances, Partner Management, Consulting and Business Development.

    Dhruv has been with AGC Networks, India since 2008 and has held several key roles in the company spanning indirect sales, alliances, business operations & vertical practices since then.

    Prior to joining AGC, Dhruv has significantly impacted the establishment and growth of a leading public listed technology company in India in the CRM space. Earlier he has been associated in Healthcare technology & E-commerce space in business development & product management capacities respectively.

    Dhruv has graduated with a degree in Commerce & Accountancy and Masters in Business Administration.

    Neelam KapoorVice President and Head - Marketing

    Neelam has over 19 years of rich experience spanning fields of ITes & Education, Financial Services & Insurance, BPO, Publishing (Media) and Technology.

    A Post-Graduate in Marketing, Neelam has been associated with organizations like Apple Industries, Aptech Limited, GTL Limited and the Essar group. Her areas of core competencies are in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Branding, Business Development, Communications and Operations.

    In her current association of over 9 years within the Essar group, Neelam has managed multiple portfolios.

    As Vice President and Publisher at Paprika Media (Essar group), Neelam had been instrumental in the successful launch and expansion of Time Out editions across various cities in India. Some notable contributions have been setting up of the Contract Publishing cell, the Events and activation cell and operational scale and management leading to newer business opportunities.

    In her stint at Aegis Limited, Neelam has been instrumental in setting up the marketing function for the Business Units of Aegis across Technology, Engineering Services and Shared Services.

    Continuing her association within the group, at AGC Networks, Neelam heads the Marketing, Communications and PR function including Presence Marketing (Events, Website, Business Analyst outreach, Communications), Alliance marketing, PR and internal communications for the Technology business.

    Sanjeev VermaWhole Time Director

    Sanjeev has spent over 6 years with AGC and has contributed significantly to the stability of AGC’s international operations in the last 18 months. His international stint has created the required stability for AGC's overseas business and the operations are now profitable. Sanjeev has successfully delivered on the key drivers of AGC's international footprint namely organic growth and inorganic acquisitions. Prior to this Sanjeev has been responsible for AGC's India operations.

    Sanjeev is a technology veteran with over 21 years of extensive global experience in the ICT domain. He has a highly successful track record in diverse set of management and leadership roles in the areas of business operations, sales & marketing, consulting, M&A and start up operations globally.

    He is a visionary with a deep understanding of diverse geographies aptly reflective in his Glocal strategy of 'Think Global Act Local'.

    In his previous role as President, AGC Networks, he has been a significant asset to the company’s roadmap in India and its expansion onto foreign shores.

    Prior to joining AGC, Sanjeev has contributed to the progress and establishment of a leading global technology giant in India. During that tenure he led from the front all the business development initiatives and helped drive multi fold growth in sales and profitability.

    Earlier, Sanjeev has held senior management roles in India and overseas and used his entrepreneurial and leadership skills to play an instrumental role in successfully starting up and running companies.

  • Atul KhatavkarGlobal Head - Cyber-i (Cyber Security)

    Atul heads the global Cyber Security (Cyber-i) practice at AGC Networks. Prior to joining AGC, he was the founder and CEO of an IT services company based out of India and US for over ten years.

    Atul is an industry veteran and thought leader in the Security domain. Atul is involved in interacting with senior business and IT professional across the industry and leads business units such as IT Strategy Consulting, Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Information Security & Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). He holds certifications of CGEIT, CRISC, C-CISO, CISA and CDCP in addition to being a lead auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 20000.

    He has been instrumental in driving the managed security services partnership with Intel Security at a global level for AGC Networks. He has designed and built one of the largest security operations centre in the APAC region delivered on Intel Security platform and serving enterprise clients across Critical Infrastructure, E-commerce & Mobile payment, Manufacturing, BFSI and other verticals.

    He has played an important role in setting up the ISMS and QMS framework and in achieving ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 certifications at AGC Networks. He is a Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) with experience of building TIA compliant data centre.

    Atul specializes in Cloud based Managed Security services, large scale IT transformation projects, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Consulting.

    Jagdish MhalgiVP & Head – Customer Support & Services

    Jagdish has over 23 years of professional experience in the Information Technology business domain ranging across Services support and Sales. Having spent over 17 years with Avaya Global Connect (AGC) in his earlier stint, most recently he was with Servion for 2 years.

    In his role as the Vice President – Customer Support & Services, Jagdish’s focus is on Customer Retention, formulating new Services offerings to accelerate and augment customer’s business. He is known for the Customer Excellence model framework encompassing Services as a key business enabler.

    With efficiency and effectiveness built in as a process for the client organization, Jagdish has customized services and solutions across verticals.

    He has done his Engineering in ECE and holds a Diploma in Management, specializing in Financial Management.

    Rajat VarmaVice President – Sales & Alliances

    Rajat has over 18 years of professional experience in Sales & Business Development with organizations like Wipro Networks, GTL, Usha Informatics, to name a few.

    Rajat is known for his strong blend of leadership, business development, sales, alliances management, team building and operations management skills. With his diverse experience he has successfully handled various business profiles across functions and sectors of SI (Solution Integration), IT and Consumer Internet in various companies across different stages of maturity.

    In his earlier association with AGC from 2009 to 2014, he has successfully executed roles heading the Alliances function and was the Regional Head for the Mumbai region. His previous B2C Entrepreneurial venture was a success.

    In his current role, Rajat holds the responsibility of working with and strengthening OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturers) relationships through joint GTM (Go to Market) strategies.

    Tony HeywoodVP & Head - Australia Operations

    As Vice President and Head, Tony Heywood accelerates business growth by building and nurturing strong customer relationships in the Australian market. In this role, while focusing on strengthening existing customer and vendor relationships, Tony believes in building new practices with a focus on increasing the customer base.
