I am working as AE in Kerala Legislative Assembly of Kerala, India. Here we have an EPABX of Avaya make and the server used is 8500. But now there is no stand-by provision for server. We want to arrange a hot stand-by provision to the 8500 server. Could you explain the possibility of adding a hot stand-by server to the current server? We have to submit an estimate for adding this hot stand-by provision to the current server of Avaya (8500). If u explain the possibility of above in detail with the price by e-mail, we can submit the same at an early date.
Thanking u
Expect an early response!

Thank you for your mail.
I spoke to our Asst Manager Sales in Kerala Sarath Kumar and updated him about your requirement. He informed me that he is already on the job regarding this hot-standby provision for your exchange. Sarath is contacteable @ 9895710304 just in case you do not have his number. DO let me know in case you need any further assistance. Thanks & Warm Regards.

Is it possible to programme the system so as to give a popup to show that the call has exceeded the time limit permitted as soon as the decided time is exceeded.

My client currently using AVAYA Voice Solution (PBX) TDM based voice traffic. As a business requirement they planned to use this solution across the globe and for that we need WAN bandwidth calculation is required. On an average 25000 calls are expected per year, in this case what will be the WAN bandwidth requirement. They are using G711 & G726 Codecs.
