Friends,
It’s time yet again for the Customer Responsive Practices Contest, which will identify the recipients and winners of the Customer Responsiveness Awards for 2009. This Knowledge Portal, especially dedicated to this initiative, will serve as a repository where you can share details of the CR Practices that have helped you scale on the Customer Responsiveness index and improve proximity with the customer year-on-year. The Portal, which contains similar inputs from other organizations, will serve as your one-stop knowledge resource on leading Customer Responsiveness Practices in use today.
As part of this Contest, you and your functional leaders will have access to proven CR Practices in your respective areas of focus. Interestingly, while contemporaries will rate your CR Practice, you have the opportunity to evaluate the CR strategies deployed by peer organizations. The Practices that notch up the most points will join AGCL’s prestigious CR Practices hall of fame, getting recognized at a special Awards ceremony in Mumbai this year, and being profiled in the Economic Times Corporate Dossier.
This unique knowledge bank on Customer Responsiveness Practices, the only one-of-its kind in the world, will help you showcase your innovations and pioneering moves in the area of CR, while learning from the experience of other companies in this domain. Today, there are various Business Practices organization can talk about without the fear of losing competitive advantage. Sharing these with peers helps reduce the implementation curve for companies deploying them, leading to an overall proliferation of Customer Practices that transform and add value to the user experience.
Do join us in this initiative by submitting your own proven CR Practices and assessing the Practices submitted by other organizations. A unique process and methodology, designed by Ernst & Young our business process advisors, will work at the back end and enable us to create a short list of Customer Responsive companies that deserve to be applauded.
Since there’s nothing like healthy competition to get an initiative going, it is my hope that the Contest will spur companies to put their best foot forward and share CR Practices that are truly exemplary and inspirational.
Best wishes,
Anil Nair
