Satya K Jha (popularly called as SK) currently steers Aegis Global's technology business as the Managing Director and CEO of AGC Networks Ltd. As India's leading solutions integrator in enterprise communication, AGC Networks is the Technology Services vertical of Aegis limited, an Essar enterprise.

Mr. Jha has over 18 years of experience in the areas of systems integrations, operations, sales and marketing of IT and telecom solutions, and strategic business planning.

He founded 3D Networks. The company provided IT and telecom services to clients across India, MEA and USA. 3D Networks was acquired by Wipro in 2006. Before joining Aegis, Mr Jha served as the Vice President of Wipro Limited.

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. Mr Jha is known for his dynamism and passion for excellence and has a collaborative leadership style. He is a recognized leader and has the ability to nurture teams and drive businesses.

Sanjeev oversees Sales, BD and P&L globally for AGC. Prior to joining AGC, Sanjeev has been with Wipro Networks, where he led business development initiatives and was responsible for driving sales and profitability. There under his leadership, sales grew three-fold in just two years. Prior to Wipro, he held key roles with 3D Networks and GTL in the US and India.

Sanjeev has over 19 years of experience in the areas of business operations, business development, and sales and marketing. He has globally overseen various key assignments in the areas of telecom, enterprise network solutions, and IT services and IT outsourcing in India, the Asia Pacific region and the US.

Sanjeev holds a post-graduate degree in management.
