The sixth edition of Frost & Sullivan's India ICT Awards took place in Mumbai recently where Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd was honoured with Market Leadership Award for Enterprise Telephony. Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd also bagged Market Leadership Award for Contact Center Applications for the year 2007. AGC has over the last 6 years consistently been honoured by F&S for its contribution to the information communication and technology (ICT) industry industry.
