Fund managers share fund performance with the regional teams and distributors regularly. This helps the regional teams and the distributors to respond effectively to customer queries on fund performance, strategies etc.
Currently organizations use email & SMS to brief the teams with the recommendations or small conference calls are arranged to brief the teams before the trading hours. The teams then quickly call their respective customers and advise them on the strategy for the day.

The session can be made collaborative by using audio conferencing with web conferencing where analysts can share their presentations. These audio & web collaboration calls can also be recorded, so that participants who have missed the calls can access the information at a convenient time.
The organizations can have a separate session for distributors and
a separate session for employees. The same can be followed by a
SMS summarizing the fund performance.
The biggest advantage of a Meeting Exchange bridge is that the participants can even join in while they are commuting. Passwords for Meeting Exchange can be changed frequently and all participants can be informed about the new password via SMS.
