Customer-on-Top is not a new position for us. In fact, we’ve been customer-obsessed for some time now. Restructuring into the AMT (Account Management Team) system that gave a single-window contact to customers, was just the first step. Since then, we’ve put in place a number of initiatives including;
- the Winning through Customer Responsiveness, an internal program to match our external drive,
- the CEO Forum for Customer Responsiveness which provides a forum for CEOs to share their experiences in this area, and
- the mySAP.com implementation, which integrates ERP and CRM efforts to bind our suppliers, the company and our customers into one big family,
all of which have helped our company become more customer-focused than ever before. |
