Warranty & Licensing Terms - Home

1. WARRANTY FOR SERVICES : Warranty period for implementation Services will be thirty (30) days beginning on the acceptance or deemed acceptance date of the Products or the performance of the Service (“Services Warranty Period”).

AGC represents that it shall at all times exert all reasonable efforts to perform the Services and warrants that the Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Any commitment, representations or warranty made by AGC shall not apply to the extent that AGC is prevented from properly performing the Services due to the act, omission, negligence, breach of this Agreement or willful misconduct of the Customer or its employees, agents or subcontractors and shall not apply to any Services Exclusion (defined below).

2. SPECIFIC EXCLUSION : Except as referenced and limited herein, neither AGC nor its licensors or suppliers makes any express representations or warranties with regard to any products or services or otherwise related to the agreement.

AGC does not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of products or that the products and services will prevent toll fraud. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGC disclaims all implied or statutory warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
